ZK-660FBS Fully Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine
The ZK-660FBS rigid box production machine features a servo control system, programmable motion controller, high-pixel vision + robot positioning system, and human-machine interface control system. It drives the box mold through an electronic cam and pinion structure, allowing it to independently perform multiple deep folding operations. This machine can perform automatic paper feeding, gluing, positioning, fitting, stretching, cartoning, wrapping, full-ear folding, as well as one-time or multiple folding and forming operations, with all processes completed in one go. Its production speed can reach 30 pieces per minute, making it suitable for fully automated production of high-end hard boxes for electronics, mobile phones, jewelry, cosmetics, and more.
